The Late Night Circuit: Robin Williams has been named the best guest on late night talk shows by Entertainment Weekly magazine. Williams is called a “hilariously manic” guest in the issue of the magazine due out today. “Dynamically ditzy” Teri Garr is the No. 2 best guest on the list, followed by Cher, Martin Short, Penn & Teller and Madonna.
