American Mobile Systems Gets $12-Million Financing
American Mobile Systems Inc., a Woodland Hills operator of mobile radio systems, said it has received $12 million in financing from a Finnish banking corporation. The financing, from Kansailis-Osake-Pankki, is a two-year revolving credit line that will convert to a six-year term loan in two years.
The loan will be used to refinance existing American Mobile debt and for working capital, the company said.
