The Community Video Advisory Board of Orange...
The Community Video Advisory Board of Orange is expected to vote Thursday whether to accept proposed guidelines for its public access cable channel. The guidelines -- which would define what sort of programming the board may reject, or may demand to view prior to broadcast -- were the focus of controversy earlier this year involving a locally produced public access news program for gays and lesbians. The vote is scheduled during a regular 7 p.m. meeting of the board in the Council Conference Room of the Orange City Hall, 300 E. Chapman Ave. Information: (714) 744-2207.
