Baby Penn: Actor Sean Penn and his girlfriend, actress Robin Wright, are the parents of a girl, Penn’s publicist announced Tuesday. Dylan Frances Penn was born Saturday at 10:49 p.m. at UCLA Medical Center. Penn, who was married previously to Madonna, met Wright while filming the movie “State of Grace.” No wedding plans have been scheduled, his publicist said.
