Sierra Madre : Buchan Is Named Mayor
City Councilman Roy Buchan will serve as mayor for the next 12 months after his selection by the council last week.
Buchan, who had been mayor pro tem and is serving his second four-year term in office, replaces Councilman George Maurer as mayor.
Councilman Gary B. Adams was named mayor pro tem.
