Price of Gasoline Rises: The price nationwide crept up nearly 2 cents the past two weeks, reflecting greater demand as well as adjustments in the market in the aftermath of the Persian Gulf War, the Lundberg Survey said. The average price for all grades at full- and self-service stations was $1.19.78 per gallon Friday, far lower than the high of $1.47.09 in mid-October, but 1.97 cents higher than April 5, according to the survey of 13,000 service stations.
