MISSION VIEJO : Traffic Panel Picks a New Chairman
Ken Martin, a member of the city’s Traffic Commission since its inception last year, was named chairman of the commission last week.
Patsy Wood, who was appointed to the Traffic Commission in January, was picked as vice chairwoman. Both were elected by vote of the five-member commission.
Martin replaces Marilyn MacDougall, who served as the commission’s first chairwoman. MacDougall will continue as a member of the Traffic Commission, whose members are appointed annually by the City Council.
