American, Delta Win Routes to Britain : The Transportation Department said American Airlines will fly between New York City and Manchester, England. Delta will fly between Atlanta and Manchester, which has the third-largest airport in Britain. One reason it chose Delta, the department said, was its ability to increase service to Britain from California, the Southwest and the Southeast.
