Identifying Rape Victims

My God! I just realized that I had “a little wild streak” in the ninth grade! I confess I have “frequented bars” as well. Do these activities mean that it’s OK for someone to rape me because I’m “asking for it?”

I find it hard to see how the victim in the Kennedy case could hope to profit without genuine trauma one way or the other (either from the initial event or proving the event occurred); however, the Kennedy money may well enrich new “character witnesses” who will come forth with new “evidence” as to the promiscuity of the plaintiff.
