Stimulant pills and painkilling injections were widely used on the Miami Dolphins during the 1970s and 1980s, alleges former Dolphin quarterback Don Strock in a draft of his autobiography.
Strock, a Dolphin backup from 1974 to 1987, writes in the manuscript that prescription stimulant pills were routinely used his first five seasons and that painkillers were common during his entire Miami career.
