A Dicey Issue: Dirty-talking comedian Andrew Dice Clay has rolled craps with Loews Theatres. The chain has banned the Diceman’s new concert movie, “Dice Rules,” from its 866 screens in 16 states. After seeing the film, a Loews official branded it “odious, repulsive and repugnant to women.” Clay’s agent, Dennis Arfa, responded: “They should get together with Nora Dunn,” a reference to the former “Saturday Night Live” star who refused to appear on a show featuring Clay as guest host. The NC-17-rated movie is to be released Friday.
