Commander De Niro: Robert De Niro received France’s Commander of Arts and Letters decoration in Cannes on Friday from Culture Minister Jack Lang. The veteran actor was honored for lifetime achievement. De Niro was in Cannes to present “Guilty by Suspicion,” directed by Irwin Winkler.
