Mike Perez tossed a short pass to Tony Baker for the game’s only touchdown in the second quarter and the Frankfurt Galaxy defeated the Barcelona Dragons, 10-3, at Barcelona in the World League of American Football. Both teams are 7-2, but the Galaxy has the edge for a wild-card playoff berth.

A swarming defense forced three fumbles and quarterback Mike Johnson converted them into points in the San Antonio Riders’ 27-10 WLAF victory over the visiting Montreal Machine. Both teams are 4-5.
