Designs on Duffy?: In the continuing saga of who’s in or out of “Designing Women,” Julia Duffy is now said to be in “serious negotiations” with the producers to join the revolving-door cast of that top-rated CBS series. Duffy, as reported, is leaving ABC’s “Baby Talk” and is considering a number of offers. If she joins “Designing Women,” she most likely would play a cousin of Delta Burke’s character, Suzanne Sugarbaker. Burke is a goner.
