Paul Freeman has been appointed senior vice president and partner of Nelson Communications, a Costa Mesa public relations agency. He is responsible for the agency’s Costa Mesa and St. Louis offices. Freeman joined the company last year as a vice president. In addition, Lynette Parry was named an agency vice president. She joined Nelson Communications in 1989 as a senior account executive.
