Coach Larry Brown of the San Antonio Spurs said after meeting with South Carolina officials about the school’s coaching job that he was still interested in it. Brown added that he had not been offered the job.

“We talked about my situation and about South Carolina, but we did not get down to real specific proposals,” Brown said after returning to San Antonio. “We discussed some finances, they told me what the job pays, but I still don’t know where they are in the overall process.”
