Picassos Stolen in Zurich

ZURICH, Switzerland — Two works by Pablo Picasso estimated to be worth $42 million were stolen from a Zurich art gallery, police said Thursday. They were a drawing from Picasso’s “blue period” entitled “The Sitting Woman” and a gouache painting, “El Christo de Montmartre,” dated 1904.
