FOCUS: HUNTINGTON BEACH MALL
Huntington Beach Mall, formerly Huntington Center, was Orange County’s first enclosed mall. Opened in 1966, it has added 37 stores since October, 1986. Among the new additions are a Mervyn’s department store and a food court decorated with a beach-style theme. Huntington Beach ranks sixth among the county’s 12 major malls in terms of sales.
