Mattel Inc. announced the appointment of Lawrence I. Bernstein to senior vice president-marketing, a newly created position. Bernstein will be responsible for directing the El Segundo-based firm’s entry into the games market. Most recently, Bernstein served as executive vice president of marketing for Parker Bros., where he was responsible for marketing activities and research and development.
