BE Avionics Inc.: The Santa Ana supplier of in-flight entertainment and service systems reported that net income rose 79% for its fiscal 1991 third quarter, to $1.4 million from $778,000 for the year-earlier period. Sales for the quarter ended April 28 were flat at $6.7 million. For the first three quarters of the fiscal year, net earnings more than doubled, to $3.6 million from $1.5 million for the corresponding nine-month period in 1990. Sales increased 11%, to $19.4 million from $17.5 million.
