Rising in the West: Catch a Rising Star, the granddaddy of comedy clubs in New York, will open a Los Angeles club Friday at Universal Studios. Comedy shows will begin at 8 p.m. nightly, with two shows Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
