No ‘Nessun Dorma’: About 250 music lovers who expected to be swooning to tenor Luciano Pavarotti Monday night at the Hollywood Bowl instead were left crooning “Get Me to the Bowl on Time.” It seems that no buses ever got to four Park & Ride pickup locations, while buses were late at three other locales. An L.A. Philharmonic Assn. representative blamed the snafu on beginning-of-the-season “communication problems . . . and some internal confusion.” Refunds are being offered through the Bowl for both the bus and the concert.
