Who’s on First?: Kiefer Sutherland, late of Kiefer & Julia, entered the Mark Taper Forum Wednesday night with Maryam d’Abo, the Bond girl from the 1987 James Bond film “The Living Daylights,” which starred Timothy Dalton. Sutherland and d’Abo, who also starred in the short-lived 1988 NBC series, “Something Is Out There,” were seated next to Dalton to watch a performance of “Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll.” Julia Roberts, meanwhile, was back at work this week on “Hook” in Culver City after reportedly sojourning in Ireland.
