Homeless Artists in Saturday Event
A number of homeless and near-homeless artists will be featured in “Voices from the Sidewalks 5: A Skid Row Poetry and Performance Program,” on Saturday at noon in San Julian Park.
The free event is part of the “Visions” program, which presents cultural events including writing and acting workshops. Several members of the Homeless Writers’ Coalition, including Dino, Russ Garner, K.O. and Southern Comfort, will be featured.
