Galoob to Pursue Nintendo’s Bond: Lewis Galoob Toys Inc. will begin manufacturing its video game enhancer, Game Genie, and “aggressively pursue” the $15-million bond posted by Nintendo of America Inc., a Galoob official announced. Nintendo was required to post the bond to cover lost profits or damages that South San Francisco-based Galoob may have incurred when the company was wrongly forced to stop selling Game Genie.
