International Remote Raises $1 Million

International Remote Imaging Systems Inc., a Chatsworth company that sells urinalysis machines, said it raised more than $1 million from a recent offering of 3.5 million shares of common stock to existing shareholders.

The stock offering, which began June 10 and was completed June 25, was to shareholders of record as of May 10. The offering price was 30 cents a share.

International Remote’s management purchased 190,000 of the shares sold in the offering, the company said.
