The University of Arizona took the recommendation of a hearing board and exonerated basketball player Khalid Reeves concerning allegations that he sexually assaulted a female student.

The five-member board said it found the Dean of Students’ Office failed to provide clear and convincing evidence that Reeves, 18, violated the university’s code of conduct. A 23-year-old student claimed Reeves had raped her in January.
