Norm Duncan, an All-Pacific Coast fullback at UCLA in 1931 and a member of the Bruins’ Athletic Hall of Fame, died at 82. Duncan, a graduate of Santa Barbara High, also lettered at UCLA in boxing, in which he was the Pacific Coast light heavyweight champion, and in hockey. He later headed the physical education department at UCLA.
