KTTV’S Tuininga Heads to Salt Lake
Dick Tuininga, news director at Fox-owned KTTV Channel 11 for the last year, is leaving to head up the news department at KSTU, the Fox-owned station in Salt Lake City.
KTTV has yet to name a replacement for Tuininga, who will leave Channel 11 at the end of this month. He hopes to launch a half-hour, nightly, prime-time newscast in Salt Lake City early next year.
