Bonaduce Bargains: A lawyer for former child television star Danny Bonaduce is trying to negotiate a plea bargain for his client, who is charged with robbing and attacking a transvestite prostitute in Phoenix. Bonaduce’s trial was to start Monday, but a judge postponed the case until Aug. 12 and set a hearing for Friday to consider a possible change of plea. His lawyer says Bonaduce is eager to reach an agreement because publicity has already cost him his job. He was fired last month as a disc jockey at a Phoenix radio station. A Philadelphia newspaper reported Tuesday that Bonaduce plans to start a new career as a stand-up comedian. “I know absolutely nothing about doing stand-up, but that’s never stopped me before,” Bonaduce told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
