S. Pasadena Student Wins Design Contest
Emily Chen of South Pasadena High School has won the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District design competition. She was awarded a $400 savings bond for her entry, which focused on water resource management.
The design contest was aimed at raising awareness among San Gabriel Valley youth on water conservation issues.
