BoMed Medical Manufacturing Ltd.: The Irvine manufacturer of medical instruments incurred a net loss of $39,000 for the second fiscal quarter, contrasted with a year-earlier loss of $233,000. Loss per share was $0.01 compared with $0.07. Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 rose 6%, to $623,000 from $588,000. For the six-month period, the company lost $170,000 on revenue of $1.1 million. For the 1990 first half, the loss totaled $460,000 on revenue of $1 million. Net loss per share was 5 cents for the 1991 period, compared with 14 cents a year ago.
