The South Orange County Community Theatre production of Shakespeare’s “The Merry Wives of Windsor” reopens tonight at Lantern Bay Park in Dana Point. The company moved the production from its original location at Bluff Park because of repeated vandalism to the stage and sets. Theatre director B.J. Scott said Thursday that vandals had made four separate attacks on the outdoor venue since mid-July, resulting in about $800 in damage. The stage was destroyed in the most recent incident, on Wednesday night, Scott said. The production will continue Saturdays and Sundays at 8 p.m. through Aug. 25 at the park, which is on Park Lantern Drive next to the Dana Point Resort. Tickets are $5 to $10.
