Olympic (Festival) Spirit Appears on Its Last Legs
Elizabeth Primrose-Smith is being unfairly blamed for the poor attendance at the Olympic Festival. The recent presale for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics left 65% of the tickets unsold.
Obviously, people in Los Angeles and worldwide are tiring of sitting in arenas watching other people do their thing.
