Betsy Burton, the former chairwoman of hair-care franchiser Supercuts Inc., has been named chairwoman and chief executive of Postal Instant Press, an Agoura Hills-based franchiser of business printing stores. Burton, 39, replaces former PIP chief executive Thomas Marotto, who resigned in April.
