No Laughing Matter: The woman who claims she develops epileptic seizures when she hears television personality Mary Hart’s voice disclosed her identity at a news conference in Albany, N.Y., to prove to skeptics that she has a serious claim. Dianne Neale, 49, told reporters she felt obliged to come out publicly to show that she is “not crazy,” and to say she was unfairly being made the object of jokes. She added that she has “no hard feelings toward” Hart, who has apologized on the air for the situation.
