Frank Choromanskis has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the Costa Mesa residential real estate franchise subsidiary of the Prudential Real Estate Co. In his new position, he will be responsible for finance, administration, human resources and strategic planning. Choromanskis was previously senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Prudential Residential Services Co.
