Nation IN BRIEF : WISCONSIN : Dahmer Faces Eight More Slaying Counts
Jeffrey L. Dahmer was charged with eight more murders, including that of the teen-age brother of a boy he previously molested and a man killed when Dahmer was waiting to be sentenced for sexual assault, according to a revised criminal complaint. It also alleges that Dahmer had sex with several of his victims, including four after they had died. The eight new counts of first-degree intentional homicide in Milwaukee County Circuit Court bring to 12 the number of victims Dahmer has been formally accused of killing. Dahmer has admitted to 17 slayings since 1978. Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner ordered Dahmer’s bail raised from $1 million to $5 million.
