Center Filling Up: The Tustin Market Place is now 90% leased as several smaller stores have clustered around such “power center” anchors as Home Depot, Stor, Toys R Us and a six-screen Edwards Cinemas movie theater.
Joining the lineup are the No Substitute delicatessen, a Rubio’s fish taco restaurant and a Red Robin restaurant. There is also a new record store and two new shoe stores, two beauty salons, a dry cleaner and a beauty supply store.
