Tempest at the Grove: Thirty-five members of the Grove Shakespeare Festival company have submitted an open letter protesting the Grove board’s recent ouster of founding director Thomas Bradac. In addition, actress Kamella Tate has withdrawn from the leading role of Kate in the Grove’s upcoming “Taming of the Shrew” because of what she called the board’s “lack of openness and sensitivity.” Grove officials declined to comment.
