Elizabeth M. Hopp has been named a vice president of Valencia National Bank, where she will serve as manager of a branch office in Newhall, expected to open later this year.
Hopp most recently served as branch manager for Premier Bank in the San Fernando Valley. She started her banking career more than 20 years ago at Bank of America, later working at Santa Clarita National Bank in various management capacities.
