Reagan Doesn’t Rate: “The Ron Reagan Show” made an inauspicious debut Monday night (11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.) on KTTV Channel 11, trailing all but one of the talk shows and re-runs airing on the other local stations. Figures released Tuesday by the A. C. Nielsen Co. gave Reagan’s syndicated talk show a 2.2 rating, meaning it was seen in about 110,000 Southern California households. Each ratings point is equivalent to 50,263 households.
