A Time and Place for Expressions of Faith
Your article on religion in the workplace (“When God Goes to Work,” July 25) prompted some thoughts on those indefatigable, Raid-proof soldiers who impose their beliefs on others during weekends. For several consecutive Sundays, we have had uninvited visitors who ignore each sign we place, including “Respect Others’ Rights, Do not Solicit,” to ring our doorbell and “share Scriptures.”
What on Earth, or any other planet, makes them think we are not happy with our concept of faith? If it could possibly lift them from the mire, I would most assuredly pursue them with similar feverishness.
Alas, they think they are already “saved.”
