Bridging the Generation Gap: Actor Leonard Nimoy is about to don his Mr. Spock ears and make his first appearance on the syndicated TV series, “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” The two-part story titled “Unification” will go into production in September for airing in November. At this point, Mr. Spock will be about 130 years old. Nimoy first played Mr. Spock on NBC’s “Star Trek” in 1966.
