A bomb rocked Spain’s consular offices in Florence early Friday, injuring a Japanese tourist, followed minutes later by a second blast that caused minor damage at a Spanish shipping office in Livorno.

No group claimed responsibility for the explosions, but police said they bore the hallmark of Spanish Basque separatists believed to be behind a four-month bombing campaign against Spanish targets in Italy.
