HOMELY: Orange County may have the priciest housing market in Southern California, but all those jumbo loans seem to buy homeowner happiness, a three-year study has found (D5). . . . New homes got high marks for floor plan and location. As for overall “product satisfaction,” nine out of 10 buyers said they were happy.
