Animation Studio Said to Be on Block: DIK Enterprises Inc., a Burbank animation studio that produces such cartoon shows for the networks as “Hammerman” and “Prostars,” is said to be in negotiations to be sold to Polygram NV for about $30 million, according to industry sources. MCA Inc. had been in discussions to buy DIK until talks broke off last month. DIK was acquired in a leveraged buyout in 1987 from Radio Television Luxembourg for about $65 million in a deal financed by Prucapital. DIK and Polygram would not comment.
