Patrick Ewing “is not going to be traded,” New York Knick Coach Pat Riley told the New York Times. But when told that team president Dave Checketts did not rule out a trade, Riley said: “Anybody is not above being discussed in a trade. I’m talking about this year. I doubt very much if Patrick Ewing will be traded. But you can never say never to anything.”
