Glendale : Girl Scouts Recruiting

The Glendale Assn. of the Girl Scouts will hold its annual recruitment of scouts and leaders in sessions Saturday and Tuesday.

There will be games, crafts, refreshments and information on Daisy scouts--a girl’s first experience in scouting--from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Maple Park, 801 E. Maple St. Girls who are 5 years old or in kindergarten are eligible.

Recruitment for Brownies and juniors, open to girls in first to sixth grades, will take place Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Glendale Central Library Auditorium, 222 E. Harvard St.
