Californians File BCCI Suit: Five Californians who say they lost $2 million in deposits in the Bank of Credit & Commerce International have filed a suit that links their losses to allegedly fraudulent activities by ousted Panamanian dictator Manuel A. Noriega. Their suit, filed in U.S. District Court in San Diego, was served on Noriega in Miami, where he is standing trial on drug-trafficking charges. The suit, which asks unspecified damages, also names 30 other defendants.
